What to send us for a property assessment
If you'd like a quote or an income projection for a property you own (or are thinking of buying), send:
- The address (street, building, apartment number if applicable)
- 5–10 phone photos covering each room, the entrance, the building exterior, and any balcony or terrace
- Your rough goal — pure long-term rental, pure Airbnb, mixed, or "tell me what makes sense"
- Your timeline — apartment ready today vs in 3 months vs you're still in the buying process

What we serve
Cities under our active management: Tirana, Durrës, Vlorë, Sarandë, Ksamil, Berat, plus the Albanian Riviera (Dhërmi, Himarë). For Golem and Lalëz Bay we accept new clients on a case-by-case basis, especially for short-term rental management during peak season.
If your property is in a city not listed above, write to us anyway — we may be able to refer you to a trusted operator in that area.
